Located next to the IC1, immediately north of Grândola, next to the access to the A2 motorway. It is 20 minutes from the Comporta, Carvalhar and Melides area.

According to the Municipal Master Plan, the land has the following conditions:

ii) The land use index is 0.02, with the maximum construction area of 4,000 m2;
iii) The maximum number of floors above ground is one;
iv) A floor below the threshold level is permitted, under the terms and conditions of article 6;
v) The maximum height of the facade is 3.5 m."
