A ruin on a 1600m2 plot located in the historic centre of Sintra with an approved project for a residential building.

The design of the building is based on the following guiding principles; integration, respect for the identity of the area, fitting in with the architectural language used and the characterisation of the façades that harmonise with the adjacent buildings.
The proposed collective housing project is made up of 6 flats of types T2 and T3, mostly T2.
Sintra has been classified as a World Heritage Site in the ´Cultural Landscape´ category by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee.
Historic Centre offers the visitor a visit to the noble area of the town of Sintra where, walking through the streets and alleys of the Old Town, we get to know its stories in a series of historical, literary, ethnographic, prehistoric, medieval and romantic approaches.
